Structure

Each customer has their own folder. Within a customer's folder is an Engagements folder, which holds everything relating to meetings, check-ins, and workshops with that customer.

Naming Convention

Engagement docs are named with the date first, followed by the engagement type:

[YYYY-MM-DD] Engagement Type

For example: [2026-07-06] Discovery Workshop

Notes within each engagement are kept freeform — there's no required structure beyond this naming convention.
